Description

20bp Ladder is an ideal DNA Ladder for determining the size of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) from 60 to 300 base pairs (bp) in high percentage agarose or non-denaturing polyacrylamide gels. The ladder consists of 13 linear dsDNA fragments. It is a 20 bp step ladder, especially useful for determining 20 bp differences between DNA fragments. The 100bp and 200bp fragments are present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. All fragments are precisely quantified and mixed during the production. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.
