KASP PCR MixPlus is a 2X PCR Mix solution developed specifically for KASP technology. It contains FAM and HEX labeled probes and requires only the addition of SNP-specific primers and DNA templates for reaction. The reaction system of KASP PCR MixPlus has been specially optimized to reduce the formation of mismatched primer amplification products, significantly improving the specificity of PCR amplification.

KASP (Kompetitive Allele-Specific PCR) is a genotyping technique based on allele-specific PCR. It uses a unique competitive PCR mechanism to detect single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) and insertions/deletions (InDels) at specific loci. With its advantages of high throughput, low cost, and strong operability, it has wide applications in the fields of crop trait genetics and improvement research.
