ARMS qPCR Mix

The ARMS qPCR Mix is a 2× qPCR Mix solution developed for the detection of low-frequency mutations in tumors. It contains highly specific HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, buffer, and other essential components for PCR amplification. The reaction system of ARMS qPCR Mix is specially optimized to reduce the formation of primer-dimer amplicons, significantly enhancing the specificity of PCR amplification and effectively detecting mutations as low as 1%. The system includes stabilizers that ensure consistent performance even after multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Super SYBR Green qPCR Mix

Super SYBR Green qPCR Mix is a 2X concentrated real-time quantitative PCR premix that can be used by simply adding template and primers to initiate the reaction. The innovative hot-start mechanism reduces interference from primer dimers and other by-products, significantly improving the specificity and amplification efficiency of quantitative PCR, and providing a broader quantifiable amplification range. The new enhancer used ensures minimal fluctuations in PCR efficiency for various target fragments, and the performance is minimally affected by multiple freeze-thaw cycles. This product comes with a special ROX Reference Dye, compatible with all qPCR instruments without the need to adjust the concentration of the reference dye.

Super HIFI DNA Polymerase

Product Numbers: P1251/P1252

Super HIFI DNA Polymerase is a high-fidelity DNA polymerase. Its fidelity is about 50 times that of ordinary Taq DNA Polymerase, making it suitable for cloning and other applications requiring high fidelity. Compared to other DNA polymerases, Super HIFI DNA Polymerase offers robust performance, shorter experimental protocols, tolerance to PCR inhibitors, and higher yields with less enzyme. The amplification fragment length can reach 7.5 kb genomic DNA and 20 kb λ DNA. The enzyme has 5'3' polymerase activity and 3'5' exonuclease activity, resulting in blunt-ended amplicons.
